Sadly, due to structural issues with the building, the bandstand is currently closed for health and safety reasons.

In recent years the bandstand has played host to a wide variety of performers from traditional Brass Bands, Local School Bands and cover bands covering hits from the 60s, 70s, 80 right up to present day.
